Both [visits], Gault was able to send a tech over within a few hours of calling (same day). Both techs were highly knowledgeable and straightforward. They explained what could be wrong and what my options would be so that I could make the most affordable decision on how to proceed. They are thorough and clean experts...they installed [a new AC unit] the very next day. Daniel did...a fantastic job running all of the lines and adding the new AC unit to my old furnace.
