No time is ever a good time for your furnace to break down! Especially the week of Thanksgiving! However, I have nothing but praise to give the Gault team! From Dan (who initially came to assess the problem & see if he could fix it) to Joe (who then needed to discuss my options for purchasing a new furnace) to ultimately Cody & his team (who installed my furnace & AC unit..which took him the entire day)...they were ALL wonderful! Cody had his OWN furnace break down on him before he came to fix mine. Here he was at my house-as nice, SUPER respectful, and laser focused as ever -to get my house warm before he left to fix his own. I can't imagine the personal stress he was dealing with because it was COLD & snowing outside. TOP NOTCH service.

When we purchased our new home, they took out our boiler heating system a did a complete new duct work, heat and AC HVAC system. They did an outstanding job designing and installing the ductwork in our attic and vents in the ceiling. After 18 months, they realized the original AC unit wasn’t powerful enough to cool our house properly, and were committed to upgrading it to ensure everything was just right.

Gault is my go-to for heating and cooling. The company I used to install my furnace and central air closed, so I was nervous to find somewhere new, but Gault has been amazing. Everyone is nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

They installed a new central air unit for me last year, when my 17 year old one died, and they just did the first free annual tune up on it.

I called for RFQ for a new HVAC system, non-emergency, and an estimator was out next day.  The estimator/sales guy performed a very thorough review of our specific needs, was knowledgeable and courteous, and was transparent about the process and pricing.  After deciding to accept the quote, demo/installation was scheduled and executed within 2 days.  Installation crew was very courteous, professional, and quick with their work.  Final installation looked very clean, worked perfectly, and they cleaned up after themselves beautifully.  No damage to my house that I can see due to material handling, which is impressive in itself.
Considering the reasonable pricing, professional workmanship, and the care I've received so far, Gault has gained a loyal customer by me. I will be referring them to everyone I know, extremely satisfied customer right here!

Gault was absolutely wonder and so quick with fixing the issue with our air conditioning unit, heater, and Nest thermostat. We called them the prior evening and they came out in the afternoon the next day (we did not put ours as an emergency call by the way), which is so quick!

They offered us a wonderful, yearly plan to cover our units, so that we can get routine maintenance and repairs, without needing to worry about the wallet.

Jesse, our repairman, was so wonderful and patient as we explained our concerns and issues, and he explained the issue with our units in such a simple and direct manner, even showing us the issue first hand.
